Shipping policy

We ship to New Zealand.

All orders are dispatched from New Zealand, and shipped through NZ Post.

Shipping To New Zealand 

• New Zealand orders have a $5 Standard shipping fee.

Rural deliveries have an extra cost of $5.70.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out. 

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email, and your parcel should be delivered to you within 1-5 business days.

If your address is classified as rural by NZ Post, please ensure you select the rural delivery option at checkout. We rely on accurate information to avoid delays and additional charges.

Customers who do not select the rural option but whose address is rural may experience delays in dispatch and may be contacted to pay the rural delivery surcharge before your order is shipped.

We appreciate your honesty in selecting the correct delivery type — it helps us keep shipping smooth and fair for everyone.

Lost Mail

We do our best to track your parcel and ensure it arrives within NZ Post’s advertised delivery timeframes. Occasionally, parcels may go missing — please refer to your tracking number in your shipping confirmation email and contact NZ Post directly if your parcel appears lost.

If you’re still unable to resolve the issue, get in touch with us. We’ll do our best to assist and accommodate your lost parcel situation where possible.
