Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Your item has to be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. Items outside of this period will not be accepted. 

We cannot refund for Change of mind items, however, you are able to receive store credit.

If for any reason, you are not happy with your purchase, or have the incorrect size, you are more than welcome to contact our team via email to request a refund/exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns postage is at customers expense, unless it is faulty or we have sent you the wrong item or size, then we will cover the postage! Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. 

Faulty items and issues

Our Aspasia Fox team always has a thorough quality control check of each item before shipping it out to you. In an unlikely event, contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Refunds/exchanges for faulty items will only be given to customers who provide us with proof and images of fault and a description of the situation. You have 14-days of receiving your item to contact us if your item is deemed faulty. If failed to contact us within this time frame from receiving your product, we are unable to offer you a refund. Aspasia Fox will decide if the item is deemed faulty due to manufacturing or is at customer fault. Our team wants our customers to be happy with their purchase, we are always here to help if anything is wrong.

Exchanges
Aspasia Fox offers exchanges. If you are needing a different size or style, the fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email Aspasiafox.help@gmail.com with details on what you're needing. If you're wanting to exchange your purchase for the same product but different size, we will get you to send your item back to us. Once inspected and it is in new original condition, we will give you store credit and you can order your right size! If you're wanting a different style, the easiest way will be to return and receive store credit, then order the other product that you're wanting. 

Return shipping costs

Return postage is at customers expense (Unless item received is faulty, or we sent you out the wrong size) Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable. It is highly recommended having tracking with your return shipping service, we don’t take any responsibility for any missing return parcels. 
It is recommended to get in touch with the shipping company if your parcel goes missing along the way.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
